So yeah, since a have my credit card (oh god this little thing is fabulous) I can buy online when it comes to cute clothes or things that aren't avilable here. I was searching for a new piece of clothe to buy and then I saw that PastelCutie (Her blog) made a review about a store called ''Harajuku Baby''. I looked at the website and I was quite surprised! They have a lot of cute things, so me ! (^・ω・^ )
So here is a picture of what I wanted to buy, the heart sweater dress. Cute isn't? I know, the picture is really crappy... the thing is they once 'shut down' the website during the holidays and I didn't have the time to take the original picture before it was sold out, so no longer avilable. So yeah, that's why I couldn't find a better picture, sorry folks. ヽ(´□｀。)ﾉ
*About Harajuku Baby : They sell a lot of variety items that are really nice for the casual/cute look. They also sell wigs, hats, bags, clothes, etc. The store ships from China and I think that the prices are quite reasonnable, tho maybe some items are a little-bit over-priced... but that's only my opinion ><
*Shipping : I don't think my opinion will really count here, because I ordered my dress on christmas day and then it took a lot more time to come to Canada. First because the store was under construction and also because it is spcified that it can take 3 to 12 days for our orders to process. At some point I was worried but then they contacted me to tell me everything was ok. So I'd say 4/5.
*Communication : So nice! When I was worried they sent me an email to tell me everything was alright (as you can see in the pictures)
I think they felt my worries ahah. They were really kind and all. I give it a big 5/5 ｡^‿^｡
*Service : Now... I couldn't take pictures of the package, but it was really clean and well isolated. The package wasn't damaged at all, lucky me ahah. So yeah, the dress was kindly folded in a plastic bag that they put inside of a huuuge enveloppe. And it's just a sweater so it wasn't really fragile or something. It was very convenient, 5/5!
*Product quality : That's the ''but'' of the story. If there is a thing my readers may know about me, the smell of a product is really important ... that dress smelled like it was inside a big attic for a loooong time... It took me 3 washing cycles to get over that odor and it's still noticeable. （；￣д￣）Also, as you can see on the pictures, the little blue hearts looks really... well, blue. They have a really bright apperance, maybe because it was taken by a great photographer? I don't know? Oh well, as you can see on my pictures, they're barely visible. Not because of the lightning of my room, but even in real life I can't really notice them. They're more like green/gray... but not the blue I wanted (ToT) Oh and another thing : I knit. So yeah, there was some thing that have bothered me like they didn't made a real knot to tie the piece of wool together, they just sewed them and they left little ends at the bottom of the dress. For that, I would say this dress was a little bit disappointing.
Anyway, this sweater dress is still really comfy and cute! It ends just a bit over the knees and it's reaaaallly hot. Believe me, I live in Canada. We're freezing here, I needed a big sweater like this (*≧▽≦)ﾉｼ)) So I'd say 2.5/5.
Total : 16.5/20!
This dress was a liiittle bit disappointing but I still love it very much. I've heard great reviews about Harajuku Baby's store, so maybe it was just an error that I got a thing like this ahah. They have great and cute stuff ~(˘▾˘~)
